About me
My name is Duncan Njunge, Mechanical engineering student in Central Washington University. Iam very passionate about engineering and have spent almost 5 years in school to gain an engineering degree. I have worked for Mckesson Medical Surgical as warehouse associate where l was much invoved in problem solving scenarios which helped me to discover that engineering is in me. I was awarded best employee of the month title in 2016.

Why passioniate about engineering?
Because engineering is the only avenue where an idea becomes a reality. Can combine creativity, knowledge and analytical tools to complete the difficult task of shaping an idea into a reality. This includes application of principles and problem solving techniques of engineering from design to manufacturing to marketplace for a product. As engineer, l have to analyze my work using engineering principles like energy, force, motion ensuring that designs functions safely, effectively and reliably all at a competitive cost. The truth is that engineering principles centers on creating technologies to meet human needs or to help mankind. This involves solving todays problems and creating future solutions in different areas like healthcare, energy, transportation, space exploration and many more.
Therefore, to value engineering is to value mankind!
